Cheater

I'm feeling mutinous and rebellious.

Today has been a less than perfect day on multiple fronts. Vomiting Miss Pyjamas,  Vomiting Little Pyjamas  and a sewing machine that refused to bend to my will.

I just bought this...

Let's pretend it's March 1st.

  1. I say that anytime you have a vomitting child, you MUST buy material! I don't care what the budget calls for! It is hard to put up with vomit and we moms deserve something for acting like it doesn't bother us, when we know it does!

  2. Shay,
So sorry about the vomiting children, that is definately not fun!! We just found out my nephew has West's Syndrome, and possible mosaic Down Syndrome; so I've been very thankful for healthy kids. Tho it may be hard to see right now, vomiting isn't really that bad. How about a 6month old with siezures almost constantly? Best wishes on getting them all better, tho, and the fabric is gorgeous!!
Ok so now for the good stuff..... THANK YOU SOOO MUCH FOR THE INCREDIBLE PACKAGE THAT ARRIVED TODAY!!! The kids are so excited, and me too! Thanks a million, what a fun thing on a day of sad news.

  3. Cynthia - I'm going to show your comment to my husband if he finds out....I've got backup from a blog buddy is what I'll tell him. Although, I timed this well because the fabric wont arrive till March and then it'll disappear into the sewing room...

Vomit doesn't worry me that much. I was a nurse for 14 years. Dribble however is a very different matter. Ugh!

  4. Awwww Lisa thanks for the thanks. Don't eat all those Monte Carlo's in one sitting. (Hope they didn't end up arriving in crumbs) You'll have to let me know what you think!

Miss Pyjamas is better and will be back at school tomorrow. Little Pyjamas is still not teriffic. I'm going through a lot of hand sanitiser.

  6. Everything was wonderful! Your version of M&Ms was way better, and Tyler was so excited.... he said those violet crumbles are his favorite- but he usually only finds then in Canada, which we aren't much- so he was ecstatic! The Monte Carlo's, with a glass of milk..... hmmm..... not working good for the "you're going to be in your sister's wedding in a couple months diet!!" =) Thanks again, all was yummy! We all laughed about the chicken chips too, they really do taste like chicken!!

  7. It's GOT to be March 1 somewhere in the world, right? (Oh, wait, it doesn't work like that. Nope, still February everywhere. But I won't tell. Shhhhh.....)

  8. I know Janean , the trade off was almost (but not quite ) worth it.

Leslie, We Aussie's are ahead of you time wise but I think it's 16-20 hours not 4 days...but WTG with the support my bloggy buddy. Love your thinking.

Lisa, I hope you'll think of me fondly when you're squeezing your bits into your bridesmaid dress.

    Tim Tam anyone?
