I lov...now, this is a favourite after my own hear! I love to sleep. I usually don't have a problem falling asleep, but I will wake up at 3am maybe once a week. It is very aggravating. I toss and turn, throw the covers back, and generally annoy my husband. :)<br /><br />I sleep at least 8 hours a night and I think it may help me stay healthy. Never used to when I was younger, but for the last five/six years I really need about 7 hrs of sleep on the average.
